SignMyKidUp.com is a website that provides information on private lessons, schools, classes, camps, etc.
Through the Post Classes Free service instructors can post their services. People seeking these services can then use the site to find an instructor in their community.
Our site contains listings for schools, instructors, classes, lessons, and camps. Registered members can add listings to SignMyKidUp.com, and update the existing listings. Registered members must abide by the terms of this agreement when contributing to the site or risk having their listings removed, accounts terminated, or ultimately risk being banished from the service.
User Account, Password, and Security
Once you register with SignMyKidUp.com, you will have created a password and an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. Your membership with the SignMyKidUp.com service is for your sole, personal use or for that of the business you represent. You may not authorize others to use your membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.
You may change your password at any time by following the instructions provided at the site. You may also set up a new account at your convenience. However, only one account will be issued per email address.
You agree to immediately notify SignMyKidUp.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security known to you. You are responsible for logging out of your computer if it is accessible to others. This prevents unauthorized access.

If you are an Instructor, you will contact interested lesson seekers within 48 hours or notify SignMyKidUp.com if you are unable to do so.
As an Instructor, you will conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
You will not publish or display any defamatory, inaccurate, obscene, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights and rights of privacy and publicity).
You will not send junk mail or SPAM to any organizations, businesses, users or other such parties affiliated with SignMyKidUp.com.
You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other SignMyKidUp.com members. Sign My Kid Up, Inc. has no obligation to resolve any disputes between you and any other SignMyKidUp.com member, advertiser, business partner, or any other third party.
You will use SignMyKidUp.com in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to your use of this site and/or the services you may provide.

Sign My Kid Up, Inc. shall have no obligation to maintain any content in your account. If your account information should change, it is your responsibility to update these changes.
Participation in Promotions of Advertisers

This agreement is governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Oregon , U.S.A, without reference to its conflicts of laws, principles and any dispute arising hereunder shall be submitted to state and federal courts in Oregon and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Sign My Kid Up, Inc.'s failure to act with respect to a breach by you does not waive Sign My Kid Up, Inc.'s right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. You may not assign or transfer this agreement or any rights hereunder, and any attempt to the contrary is void. This agreement shall be binding upon each party's successors and assigns. Sign My Kid Up, Inc. shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting directly or indirectly from any causes beyond Sign My Kid Up, Inc.'s reasonable control. Any notice required or permitted to be given to you under this agreement shall be delivered by electronic mail at the email address provided by you during registration.
Language
It is the express wish of the parties that the Terms of Service and all related documents have been drawn up in English.
